Rice Balls.

This traditional Mediterranean recipe showcases the rich culinary heritage of the region. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients and time-honored cooking techniques, this dish brings authentic flavors to your table.

Instructions

Prepare Base: Cook the rice until tender and allow it to cool slightly.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, finely grated potato, Parmesan, diced onions, and fresh herbs.

Bind: Add the egg yolks and a splash of white wine (or apple juice) to bind the mixture together. Season thoroughly with salt and pepper.
